Kyle has a degree from Auburn University in aviation management with a minor in business. As claims manager for S. S. Nesbitt, Kyle works closely with commercial account and risk management professionals to process claims and communicate account status and activity. He meets with clients to review account data, conducts periodic safety evaluations and assists in implementing loss prevention strategies. In addition to his responsibilities in claims management, Kyle supports S.S. As a commercial lines account manager, Lori’s primary responsibilities include submitting client applications for coverage, preparing client proposals, requesting and processing policy endorsements, issuing certificates of insurance, account invoicing, and preparing and maintaining surety and bid bonds. Lori’s professionalism and attention to detail contribute to superior customer service at S.S. Nesbitt.
Jessica joined S.S. Nesbitt & Co. in 2004. As assistant account manager, Jessica's primary responsibilities include submitting client applications for coverage, preparing client proposals, processing policy endorsements, issuing certificates of insurance, account invoicing and preparation and maintaining surety and bid bonds. Jessica's experience and professionalism, coupled with her designation as a Certified Insurance Service Representative, enhances the level of customer service offered by S.S. Nesbitt. 
Rosemarie Butler joined S.S. Nesbitt in August 2006, following the acquisition of LMJ Corporation. She is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has worked in the insurance industry for more than six years. She earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2005 and is experienced in personal and commercial lines, as well as bonds. As assistant vice president/account manager at S.S. Nesbitt, Rosemarie processes policy endorsements, issues certificates, prepares proposals and issues and maintains bonds, as well as invoices accounts. Rosemarie works closely with the producers of S.S. Nesbitt to address the unique requirements of our clients which contributes to the superior service provided by S.S. Nesbitt.
Andrea joined ANB in 2005 as a commercial lines account manager, working closely with her customers to submit applications for coverage, prepare proposals, process policy endorsements, issue certificates of insurance, prepare account invoices and maintain surety and bid bonds. Andrea joined S.S. Nesbitt when it acquired ANB in 2007, and her experience and professionalism enhance the level of customer service offered by the company.
As a Vice President, Linda is responsible for servicing accounts through underwriting and risk management by working closely with both the producers and the clients. She has 20 years experience as a benefits coordinator from a national company as well as her additional experience
with S.S. Nesbitt. Linda’s attention to detail and her ability to build solid relationships with our clients make her a valuable resource to S.S. Nesbitt and contribute to the superior service provided by our agency.
Renee joined S.S. Nesbitt in 2002. She has 20 years of experience and is devoted to meeting the insurance needs of our commercial clients. As account manager, Renee is responsible for servicing accounts through underwriting and risk management by working closely with the producers at S.S. Nesbitt. She specializes in commercial property and casualty within the construction and manufacturing industry and is a valuable resource to our clients. Renee's extensive knowledge of insurance and her experience addressing the unique requirements of our clients contribute to the superior service provided by S.S. Nesbitt. 
Shelley has more than 29 years experience in the insurance industry, which has included all lines of property and casualty insurance and bonds. Shelley joined S.S. Nesbitt & Co., Inc. in August 2008, with the acquisition of Independent Insurance Agents, Inc., for whom she had worked since January 1985. As an account manager at S.S. Nesbitt, Shelley works closely with clients, producers and insurance companies to be sure the needs of each are met. Having completed numerous insurance courses, her extensive knowledge and her exceptional service to clients makes her a valued employee of S.S. Nesbitt.
Kristin joined S.S. Nesbitt & Co., Inc. in April 2008, with over five years experience as an account manager for a large insurance brokerage firm. She is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent and received her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2005. Kristin works closely with the commercial sales team to provide superior customer service to the agency’s commercial clients. She is responsible for daily account maintenance, preparing accounts for marketing, and administrative support.
Dianna Oaks joined S.S. Nesbitt in August 2006 following the acquisition of LMJ Corporation, where she began in 2001. She has more than 19 years experience in the insurance industry. For 12 years, she was involved in underwriting on the company side (Aetna, Travelers and Vesta), and spent seven years as an account manager/customer service representative. She earned her Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC) designation in 2000. As vice president/account manager at S.S. Nesbitt, Dianna is responsible for servicing accounts through underwriting and risk management by working closely with the producers at S.S. Nesbitt. Her extensive knowledge of insurance and her experience addressing the unique requirements of our clients contribute to the superior service provided by S.S. Nesbitt.
Tricia Rodgers joined the Huntsville office of S.S. Nesbitt & Co., Inc. as account manager in 2008. Tricia is a licensed property and casualty agent with 30 years experience in commercial insurance. She received her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 1989. Tricia is a true asset to S.S. Nesbitt because of her extensive knowledge of commercial insurance and her ability to meet the needs of her clients. 
Kyle began his insurance career in 2000 as a claims adjuster for a non-standard auto carrier. He transitioned into management and joined S.S. Nesbitt in 2008.
Carolyn has 30+ years experience in commercial insurance. As vice president and account manager, Carolyn services accounts by working closely with clients and producers. She earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) in 2006. Carolyn’s extensive knowledge of commercial insurance and her exceptional service to clients makes her a valued employee at S.S. Nesbitt.
Jackie joined S.S. Nesbitt & Co., Inc. in August 2008, with the acquisition of Independent Insurance Agents, Inc. and Paul E. Copper, Jr., for whom she had worked since August 1990. She has more than 32 years experience in the insurance industry, which includes all lines of commercial insurance and bonding. As an account manager at S. S. Nesbitt, Jackie works closely with clients, producers and insurance companies to be sure the needs of each are met. Having completed numerous insurance courses, her extensive knowledge and her exceptional service to clients makes her a valued employee of S.S. Nesbitt.
Carrie serves as vice president and account manager for S.S. Nesbitt. She has six years of commercial insurance experience and is committed to meeting the insurance needs of her commercial clients. Carrie is responsible for servicing accounts by working closely with the producers. She is also responsible for servicing existing
customers as well as helping the producers quote new business for the agency. Carrie’s growing knowledge of all facets of commercial insurance makes her a true asset to customers as well as S.S. Nesbitt.
